Some of these activities are run by Activ8 and are peer-led; others are run by independent organisations. All are open to everyone.

 Walking Group *Peer-led

This peer-led group embraces the five steps to wellbeing in its programme, which are: Connect, Be active, Take notice, Keep learning and Give

     Wednesday 18th December – Winter Wonderland. Meet at Sutton station at 12pm

We are a group of adults who meet to use visual art to build confidence and self-esteem.

Core members have experience of mental health problems.
